Playgility™
Terms of Use
Playgility is a professional development and curriculum portal from All It Takes® for schools and the educators who work in them. These terms keep expectations clear on both sides, in plain language. By signing in or using the site, you agree to them.
Your district's agreement comes first
Most people are here because their school, district, or organization has a written agreement with All It Takes. If anything on this page conflicts with that agreement, the written agreement wins.
Your account
Access to the portal comes through your school or district. Your sign-in is yours alone: please don't share your password or hand your account to someone else. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and let your admin or All It Takes know.
Using the materials
The trainings, lessons, activities, printables, films, and artwork in Playgility are licensed to your school or district for use in its own program. You're welcome to print, share, and adapt materials for your own students and campus. Please don't resell them, post them publicly, or use them to build a competing product or training.
Safety in physical activities
Playgility lessons include physical games and activities designed for school PE settings. Like any PE curriculum, they depend on the professional judgment of the educator leading them. The supervising educator and their school are responsible for safe facilitation: choosing appropriate space and equipment, providing supervision, following their district's safety procedures, and adapting or skipping any activity that isn't right for their students, space, or conditions. Playgility materials support that judgment; they never replace it.
What Playgility is, and isn't
Playgility is an educational curriculum for social-emotional learning through physical education. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, or counseling, and it doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. If a student needs individual support, the right path is your school's counseling and support staff.
Ownership and trademarks

Your data
How we handle data has its own plain-language page: How we handle your data. The short version: your district owns its data, we don't sell it, and teacher reflections stay private.
The service, as it stands
We work hard to keep Playgility available, accurate, and improving, and we ship updates often. Still, we provide the portal "as is": we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, All It Takes and Lori Woodley aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability related to the portal is limited to the amount your organization paid for access in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
Changes
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and note the new effective date below. Continuing to use the portal after a change means the updated terms apply.
Questions
These terms are governed by California law. If anything here is unclear, ask us: ldtpe@allittakes.org.
