This established supplemental curriculum adds experiential social and emotional literacy to the PE you already teach. All It Takes' Notice Choose Act® process moves from awareness to action. Playgility™ gives teachers language and tools to build community, defuse conflict, and develop student leadership during PE.

Three years of lessons, games, and closing circles, built into the PE you already teach.
Playgility runs inside your existing PE program. Each lesson introduces one SEL Muscle™, practices it through an experiential activity, and closes with a student-led discussion. Forty-five lessons across three certification years, for PE and for expanded learning programs.
Each SEL Muscle™ has its own activity, and every Year 1 activity has a game version teachers play during training.

Playgility works universally at Tier 1 with every student. Strengthening Tier 1 reduces the number of students who need Tier 2 or Tier 3 support.

The California Community Schools Partnership Program names four features of a community school. Playgility and Building Trusted Spaces support all four.
Building Trusted Spaces gives teachers, classified staff, school counselors, and student services staff the same SEL Muscles™ students learn in PE.
Every lesson comes with a family letter, and Building Trusted Spaces for Families brings the same training home.

Every Playgility license includes Building Trusted Spaces, the online version of the whole-staff training All It Takes® leads in person. What do students learn in Playgility?
Students build social and emotional skills, called SEL Muscles™, through play in PE. Each lesson introduces one SEL Muscle™, practices it through an activity, and closes with a student-led discussion.
Does Playgility replace our PE curriculum?
No. Playgility is a supplemental curriculum that runs inside your existing PE and expanded learning programs.
How does a lesson fit into a PE class?
Each class has a short opening, your PE lesson, and a closing circle where students name what they noticed and chose.
Which standards does it align to?
Every lesson is aligned to the California PE Model Content Standards and to CASEL. Playgility for ELO is aligned to the California Quality Standards for Expanded Learning. See the standards alignment →
What training do teachers need?
Self-paced online training for every lesson, with a certificate each year. Every license also includes Building Trusted Spaces, a four-to-five-hour training for the adults on campus.
What student information does Playgility collect?
None. Teachers set up classes by grade band, group size, and schedule, never with student names or student records. The district owns its data, and All It Takes does not sell it. How we handle data →
Is Playgility counseling or therapy?
No. Playgility is Tier 1 instruction for every student, taught in PE. Targeted and intensive supports stay with your school counselors and student services team.
How do families stay involved?
Every lesson comes with a family letter, and Building Trusted Spaces for Families brings the training home.
Does Playgility use AI?
Only in tools for adults, like the Practice Room, where generative AI plays fictional characters for practice conversations. They never touch student data.
